The Company is owned equally by Andrew Holt, Sean Kneller and Steve Doherty. We have a strong commitment to deliver a personal service. We have 88 directly employed staff including directors, commercial managers, contracts managers, site managers, mechanical and electrical co-ordination and management, SHEQ specialists, estimators and office support. Our construction teams are experts in their fields and knowledgeable in all building industry sectors. They are supported by a pool of multi-skilled tradesmen. We also work closely with our specialist supply chain partners to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with the specifications and to the highest quality.
Steve has 18 years’ experience in the construction industry with a wide variety of experience in the residential, education and commercial markets. He has exceptional commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and is a team player. His enthusiasm and professionalism is infectious and this is evident in his approach and delivery to all projects.
Sean has 18 years’ experience in the construction industry with a wide variety of experience in the refurbishment and commercial markets. He has delivered multiple successful projects simultaneously across numerous sites. Many of these projects were in live environments, sensitive areas and city centre locations and includes new build, alterations, fit-out, refurbishment and services upgrade projects.
Andrew has 28 years’ experience in the construction industry with a wide variety of experience in the health, education and commercial markets. He has excellent communication skills and works well under pressure. In 1991 he started ARJ to provide a personalised and bespoke construction management service, delivering projects across all industry sectors.
